Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although very large and comfortable with a nice lounge chair and free coffee, was extremely dark even with all the lights on, requiring me to use a torch. The location right above the Plaza with a small balcony provided great views of everything around, especially for events at Palacio de los Deportes or Foro Sol.
I stayed at the hotel, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, with a nice lounge chair and complimentary coffee, but the downside was the noisy street outside, even early in the mornings. The service was friendly but language could be a barrier at times. The location, though good for airport access and some specific venues, may not be ideal for those wanting to explore the main attractions. The dining experience was a hit and miss, with one delicious meal and one disappointing one. Facilities were decent, with a few positives and negatives.
The hotel has spacious and comfortable rooms, although they are very poorly lit at times. The service was mixed, with both helpful and overly persistent staff. The location is great, especially if you're attending events at Palacio de los Deportes or Foro Sol. The dining experience was a bit of a mixed bag but generally good. The facilities are decent overall.
